The arrival of a new baby is a wonderful event!

We believe it is one that should be celebrated, and at Whaddon Way, dedications are the occasion to do just that.

During a Sunday service, as part of the church family, there is the special opportunity for the parents to say “Thank you” for the baby’s arrival. The parents dedicate themselves to the care of the baby through making promises of care, whilst the church congregation offer their support as they too make promises to pray for and care for the new family.

The celebration is complete with the gift of a Bible.
